Patchun 八珍, formerly known as Sweet Vinegar by Pat Chun is a sweet vinegar brand manufactured by Hong Kong food manufacturer Pat Chun International Limited (English: Pat Chun International Limited).
The enterprise originated from a shop started in Fa Yuen Street, HK in the early 1930s. There are now a total of four specialty stores in HK, with the Central store on Wellington Street.
